    Full service is a turn key service that handles everything from design to ordering and installation

    Design only is best for a client who needs clarity in design direction but has time to handle the project management and ordering.

PROCESS

  • We love this phase of projects and believe it’s crucial to getting the best results for our clients. It all starts with your idea, inspiration or vision. The beginning of this phase is used to get to know our client’s personalities, needs and style. This all determines how they will function in the space. After gaining knowledge about our clients we proceed to look further into the physical attributes of the site. This includes developing conceptual layouts, researching materials, space planning, measuring, meeting with contractors to discuss concepts for the space, quick sketches and renderings, some estimating and a presentation to the client.

  • Putting our expertise to work, we make design decisions based on information from the concept phase and presentation. This could include, drawing as-build plans, production/contract documents, construction plans, floor plans, elevations, schedules, lighting plan, RCP plan, power / communication plan, furniture layouts, selections of fixtures, furnishings and equipment (FF&E), construction schedules with finishes, some procurement, any necessary revisions, installation schedules, and obtaining permits.

  • Budget tracking based on client selections from the design phase, approval of final product specifications, communication with vendors, product price comparisons, order reviews and approval (e.g. total cost, design proof, etc.), order placement, and logistics coordination.

  • What you’ve been waiting for all along. All the items client and designer have chosen are received, and impatiently waiting to be placed in your brand new space. With this phase comes a grand reveal. At this reveal everything will be unveiled to you in tip-top shape. Every pillow fluffed, all the artwork hung, each space thoughtfully photographed and surely, a bunch of smiling faces at the end of the project.
